Does anyone know if there is a rule about glass containers at RES? I would love to bring some bottled root beer to share.

Also, let this be my offical anouncment: I am currently working on a collection of songs to be known as "The Unofficial RSL Tailgating Sountrack." These are mostly rowdy sing-alongs. I will make a (small) pile of copies to be distributed to my new friends on this board, as I meet you all at the tailgate party. If there are any soccer songs that MUST be on the compilation, please let me know. I look forward to meeting all of you.

One last thing; does anyone love a good beer-boiled bratwurst?

Not tried the Brats but am willing to try them if you bnring some!

Two songs I would like to see on the "soundtrack" would be
1) A little less conversation; Elvis/JXL remix
2) (Give 'im a ball and a) yard o' grass; sultans of ping f.c.

I can provide reasonable quality mp3's if you want them.

What a great idea. Everyone needs their own soundtrack. It would also be great if we could get a few of the chants/cheers we want to do recorded and put then on a cd for people to take and practice in their cars.

Well, I plugged our tailgate party on 1280 and invited Alema. He said he would come and bring his favorite tailgate dish. He said to call him back when it was closer to give him details. So, we need to be sure and let him know what is going on.

Your plug started abit of a tailgate discussion. cool.

They were just talking about the atmosphere that tailgates create and are eagerly waiting to see how the RSL fans rise to the occassion... I think that was the gauntlet folks!

It now has to be the biggest and best tailgate anyone has seen in Utah before!

I have faith in the Loyayalists... if anyone can do it! We can do it!

Unfortunately, that's going to take big-time NFL money... although I think we can pull it off if we all chip in...

If we all bring our enthusiasm... and a potluck dish... with maybe a couple of dollars we will do fantastic!

I will be bringing a few cold beverages that I am willing to share with proper ID and a donation to the Tailgate Fund! (That is a donation to the Loyalist Treasurer, not to me, so I won't be accused of selling beer on Campus!)

The U is a Dry campus but do they not sell cold beverages(aka beer) inside the stadium. I do not know is why I ask...
I can't remember if I saw beer sales at the Blitzz matches or not. obviously I can enjoy the match without a cold beverage but if it is allowed it would be nice to have a cold one (or two)

Um, no. We used to have to sneak it in back in the day.

Camelbaks may come in handy...
