So what did he say? I missed him bashing soccer (usually home from work before the big show (RIP Boler)) and I missed this too. Is he an enemy?

I've got the saved MP3 of it, but it's the whole show, and I haven't figured out how to edit it down to the part in question for the purpose of sharing it with everyone. Perhaps I'll try and transcribe it and post it. Essentially, he was critical of the streamers idea, and condescending in his mention of the supporters section, and of the Loyalists in particular. Glenn even called in, and he essentially told Glenn to have fun with his "little fan club", kind of like you would to a kindergartner.

Graham isn't stupid, he will figure it out. A great deal of his schtick is to antagonize people.

We just have to get him to a game with us, that may convert him.

That sucks, I hate those kinds of radio personalities. Jim Rome, etc.. they don't really know or particularly care for sports. Their whole point is to keep flicking you in the ear (metaphorically speaking) until you can't take it anymore and lose your cool. It's just a gimmick.

I'd rather talk sports.

.. but I digress. I guess some of you didn't like Boler very much on the radio, but I really did. He was always fair about things, he backed me up when I was arguing with Hatch about soccer (before he converted), he wasn't a jerk. I don't know why people love listening to jerks so much.

I love Boler doing play by play, but he and Monson were a bad combo. Graham will be fine, eventually. I hope he takes up Aerick's challenge.

Graham was saying that he will give soccer a chance. He did make fun of the Loyalists being only 200 people. I was just going with the number of people registered on this board. It's probably a lot larger number. I wrote him afterwards and invited him to a tailgate or to eat with us at Iggy's. He did say, after reading Aerick's letter, that he might sit with the Loyalists.
