That was pretty cool. He heard Alema and Pace talking about the game and basically called in to thank them for talking about soccer. They have been very complimentary of the marketing campaign. Steve talked about how great the fans are and how we deserve some results.

Did anyone catch Ellinger this morning? What did he say? Did he mention the red card at all? At half he looked like he wanted to kick that ref's ass and he had to be restrained by one of the asst. coaches.

They brought it up and he basically said that the call sucked. He talked about the fans and the defender injury/suspension situation. He also basically said that Jamie needs to shut up and play instead of yelling at the referee, at least that is what I heard between the lines.

Thanks for the info on Coach E. I was trying to listen to it and one of my coworkers started asking me some questions. Our system is down right now, so I don't feel guilty about posting during downtime. 🙂
