I think we should over react with another overreaction. 😉

By the way, Sect 37:20, i look forward to meeting you tomorrow since next year we'll be stadium neighbors.

Yeah, I was one of them. The poll asked what your first choice was, no mention of how far behind was your second choice. I was saying downtown first, Sandy second. What you're saying is downtown first, nothing second. I think most people are in my boat, not yours. So yes, it is a few specific fans.

The stadium will be a nice facility no matter where it is built. The training facility will be nice too.
Not if there's no real estate. Lucky the sandy site has enough. I could build a "nice" training facility in my back yard, but that doesn't mean it would do the job.

I am excited we are getting a stadium, but upset about the location.

I appreciate the conversation this has generated. It is great. I actually got a call and am going with some of the office guys out to the press conference at 3 p.m. But because I don't care about the team or management then they probably shouldn't have invited me.

wow. um ok then. Never said you didn't care. Like I said in the post, It was a rant. it wasn't meant to offend anyone. I wasn't calling anyone out. Seriously. I'm actually impressed that, despite others opinions, you are standing up for yourself and sticking to your guns. Man I'm just grateful for a stadium announcement, and I guess just fed up with the bull.

I am excited for the RCB to be close to Section 37. We have one RCB member that sits right next to us. I am very partial to the group. IF there was one to join I would say RCB is it.

Fuegote, be sure to come say hi.

They mentioned the stadium on KSL.

Some Chamber of Commerce guy said that it would help Sandy become another economic center.

Newman I know it was a rant. I am just really fired up. I know that you were not meaning to call anyone out. As everyone in this post can tell I am really upset. I do not hate anyone and I am not offended by any of the posts. These things are for ranting and I think we touched a good ranting nerve.

I truly am excited for a stadium. Other teams have been waiting forever and still have not received a stadium. We are a lucky team and have been treated very well by our Front Office and our team.

I am still going to voice my opinion about the Sandy Stadium. I lobby that we name the stadium after Checketts. What a soldier.
