my 2 year ols daughter LOVED the RSL game. she cheered and chanted when we watched the game againts FCD on saturday. still whenever i sing the 'ole!' RSL chant she stand up and starts to scream and clap! so if I go, she's coming too! PS, at the home opener she danced to the loyalists drums almost the entire game!

Why wouldn't one want to go watch it? We have a good shot at winning if SJ is really that bad! 🙂 I have a good feeling about this game, and I know it's based on absolutely nothing, but I feel that the scoring drought is over. So based on my feelings alone, people should be flocking to this one.

I taught my two year old son to do the airplane whenever he scores a goal at home right now. then he grabs his shirt and waves it over his stomach.
You have to love kids. | |||||

This game might turn out to be the opposite of Yogi Berra's favorite restaurant....."No one goes there any more. It's too crowded."
"Hey, let's Walk Up to the San Jose game.....it looks like no one else will be there."

All home games are important, especially with a new team and a stadium deal in the balance.
The biggest game was the home opener, but the bar was raised on the 16th with result and attendance so the most important game is now the next one. We have to draw a respectable crowd (17K+ in my opinion) to keep the momentum and continue to keep the critics at bay. Consider this--the negative editorial in the Trib this week was that fans couldn't get into the stadium against Colorado. Are you kidding me? They were expecting to write that the attendance was low and the game lame, but 25K in the stands and a rocking atmosphere ended that plan. So the best they could do was complain about long lines. I'd say we won that battle. But they'll be ready if we draw poorly this weekend. "RSL a one hit wonder--opening day a fluke--fans don't return--see, we told you so." Don't get me wrong. We shouldn't be driven by the skeptical media. But good crowds and strong support will help make our case that soccer is here to stay and that a stadium is a good investment.

c-mon just 7,000 I attended the first game with my Bro and friend. Loved every second of the game. I am anxious for this saturday's game and along with attending again with my brother and friend, I am bringing my other brother.
This is the best sport that has every come to utah. I have attended more real salt lake games than utah jazz games. I am sick of Miller anyway !!!!
