So what's wrong with standing up?

I don't have any problem with people standing. I didn't have a problem with the four kids in front of me who weren't in the right seats (the season tix holder from last year relocated and so they're usually empty). I'm a live-and-let-live kinda guy. I'm just reporting what I saw. As praxis said, we shouldn't be punching up our own fans. There was a small contingent of classless crapid fans making comments on the way out of the portal of sec. 25 that could've used the attitude adjustment idiot got.

They were harassing the Loyalists. Making sure we didn't stand, have a leg....or toe, in the aisle.

Well, it's good to see that we don't have the monopoly on getting harassed over in section 38.

One of the teams that was in the high-five line came to section 10 to find their seats and there weren't enough. Mrs. DadOf6 said that the woman who was with them couldn't resolve it so she went to find staff. She missed most of the first half before she found someone to make the poachers move.

About Uncle DAve...

I heard as Mastrobatini was leaving the pitch he went right up to where Uncle Dave was and crapped his "package" (Mastrobatini grabbed his own package, not Uncle Daves...haha) and Uncle Dave told him to get the hell of his pitch. APparently now Mastrobatini is in trouble for poor sportsmanship. Poor baby. I also heard something else might have gone down after that but not sure what...

Sucks we lost but boy was there passion in the fans tonight. Funny the Crapids had to sneak out in the dark.

I personally have no problem with what Mastro-whatever-his-name-is did after the game. It was directed at a specific group of people who happen to give plenty of **** to them during the game, me included.

If you're going to dish it out, then you have to be willing to take it. If the "soccer moms" want to complain, go right ahead. But it's not really that big of deal. What did you do, grab his balls? Please.

I mean, after all the offensive things we can do and say, at games and otherwise, why are you working to be offended by something as stupid as this?

It reminds me of a guy who once told my dad that if you spin certain vinyl records backward you can hear swear words (some of you may remember those days). My dad asked him how you spin a record backwards....he told him you do it by hand. And then my dad asked him how you get the speed right to hear them....he said you have to keep trying until you get it. At that point, my dad said,"Wow, that's a lot of work. If you want to hear some cuss words, just come on down to the locker room on Wednesday night and you'll hear plenty without any work at all."

We're all hypocrites, yes. But if you're like me and you lobbed fingers and insults at the players the entire game (and after), and then you are on here complaining about a guy flexing his muscles and grabbing his nuts, you deserve an entry next to the word in the dictionary.

Regarding your ridiculous statement Mr. Checketts, let it go. It's not a big deal. You'll send your videotape evidence to league, they'll call Masto-whatever, he'll apologize, and then everyone gets to go on with their lives again.....with the exception of everyone not acting like a child who already did.

I tend to agree with you. The two newbies to soccer whom I brought to the game saw Mastroeni's misbehavior and laughed at it. They are not easily offended.

Part of what he did, incidentally, was to take off his shirt and stuff it into his pants to 'enhance' that which apparently he felt needed enhancing.
