It may be that RM wants tons of people there. They came to America to increase their "market share" here.

Meanwhile RSL wanted to use the event as a money maker. Negociating with SL and Rochester while promoting the Xango cup isn't cheap!
RM's concept won? Just my thoughts.

I hope all the johnny come lately's get parking tickets. And I hope that Rochester gets and team and has a great rivalry with Toronto. Most of all I hope that RSL builds a stadium in Davis Co. where all the fans reside and that they stay forever.

At the old Union Pacific Intermodal yard. Just over the line from Salt Lake County.

How about cameras allowed in the stadium? Are SLR's with a 300mm lens a no-no?

According to the booklet that got sent out with the season tix, camera's are okay. I think that technically you must be seated if you're using a camera, but I've only seen it enforced once.

"They didn't get.....into double digits! They didn't get....into double digits"

Nobody joined in with me on that chant.

You probably won't see this in the newspaper, but there was a bit of symbolism outside the stadium after the game. Well, it was symbolism to me. The police closed down 5th South. So fans just walked across it to the parking lots or to Trax.

Close down the streets. Soccer is here & it's staying. Deal with it.

Very good first half by RSL. Not as good a second half. Maybe we have a goalkeeper controversy now? Nolly looked great but maybe because I was in E32. Maybe Kreis could become a Supersub? He looked good in the short outing.

Actually they also close 5th South after Utah pointy ball games. But nice to see the stadium packed to the top for the "beautiful game"
