I like Cunny. The guy was hilarious trying to kick the ball at us during the last game against 'rado. LOL! I can't believe we just got this guy.

I'm sad to see Mathis go because I was looking forward to seeing the legend play next season. I really wanted to see Mathis play well.

If he shows up and plays for Co like we paid him to here, I'll be royally pissed. It will confirm my suspicion that Mathis just didn't want to be here in the first place.

He shouldn't have come.

If he plays better next year, we at the RCB pledge to make him suffer the ENTIRE game.

I hope the FO can like recycle the "Clint's Corner" banner or something.

You know, save the planet and all that.

wow....

Stunned. On the one hand, I really think that Mathis became a scapegoat for a lot of RSL's inadequacies last year. Clint is a guy with just phenomenal talent, but he certainly wasn't able to put the team on his back and carry them to the playoffs. Clint is probably a better fit in CO than he was with RSL...

Cunningham will be a welcome addition...a finisher with pace will go a long way to giving us some space to work up front...however, he'll be absent for a good portion of the season with the USMNT squad. Furthermore, the absence of Mathis in the midfield certainly doesn't solve any of our problems there. Andy failed on multiple occasions to show any better than Cleetus at A-mid. Certainly he's a more cost-effective solution for us, which helps our salary crisis issues, but not necessarily an improvement from a talent perspective (or consistent hustle for that matter). On top of which, our greater weakness was at holding/defensive midfield, and I've not seen who we're getting to help there. I guess we'll have to wait 'till April to see how Kenny and Nik are coming along. One thing is certain though, with Cleetus gone, we're likely to see RSL play a very different style next year.

- Is Cunningham on the USMNT squad? I don't think he's anything close to a lock.
- D-mid/Holding mid = Sequiera, I thought...
