I think he will find a job. He is very talented.

RSL will retain his rights for 12 months.
No, I'm not saying that RSL will, I just heard that renegotiating contracts is an option for people that are put on waivers. As I remember, he gets paid quite a bit and it's not guaranteed like Mathis' contract. So, I was just trying to confirm that it was an option for RSL...not that they would do it. That's all.

I believe that's what the Crapids were intending to do with Nkong.

It adds a little bit of hope, doesn't it? :unsureani Maybe he could get a job in the front office, helping Brook or something....Ok, I am not being reasonable. It's cause I'm a baby and too sensitive for this business!!! Curse attatchment! Curse it!!!

Finally they get rid of Countess. I remember watching him get scored on right through his legs at least once. They were spread wider than a sorority pledge at a frat house during rush week. Like he was asking to get scored on.
Anyway, he didn't seem good to me. Seemed like he was very full of himself. As for Dunseth, I saw him get into it several times with Andy Williams on the field. I don't know if that's indicative of other personal issues he was having with the team, but it might be.
Yay for Countess leaving. A++ day for RSL. I thought Dunseth was pretty good, but you could see the season wearing on him towards the end.

I agree, I am not sure DJ is really gone, maybe just going to be renegotiated.

Number of shots faced doesn't tell the whole story. (you should know this)

Do you seriously think Matt Reis faced as many 'point blank' chances as DJ did? Matt's team made it to the MLS Championship game. That wasn't all goalkeeping. It means the team in front of him was actually good...as well as him being solid.

Matt may have faced more shots numerically, but how many were from outside the 18 yeard box....compared to DJ consistently getting hung out to dry.

How many shots did DJ face because he was unable or unwilling to control the box?

Oh so now it's jsut that the defense sucked but DJ somehow faced way, way more shots than Reis? Did you not see how many chances Hercules had in the box against NE in the cup final? Come on, please tell me DJ's mom hacked into your account.
