Thanks to everyone. I have a school gig that will keep me occupied all morning until 1pm.

I hope to be able to stop by for the last little bit.

I'll be there to help all day as well.

I do have to draw the line at artwork though, as I believe our primary interests are best served by actually trying to attract visitors to the booth. (my wife loves to play Pictionary simply so she can laugh at my drawings - stickmen are my specialty)

I'm hoping one of the many talented artists we have in the group can help with the posters.

I recommend HiddnFox and McKid do banners, as they are very talented (although I am not sure about Fox's soccer skills...).

No, but I know Fox can't even play online. 😉

In any case, I have full confidence you and Fox can get some nice banners for the event tomorrow. Good luck and have fun!

Keeping my reputation intact as Mr Buzzkill, Yahoo.com weather says:

>>Tomorrow: Partly cloudy in the morning. Increasing clouds with periods of showers later in the day. High 57F. Winds S at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 50%.<<

Hey, it looks like I will be able to make it for the first hour. I was able to get someone at work to cover one hour for me.

So I will show up early to help if we need to set anything up.

Plus I want to get there early and head over to E32 and get a feeling of what we will be dealing with.

Well, I just came from the stadium. In the one hour that I was there we had signed up I think about 6 people for the Loyalists. Our table looked good, we had a nice sign that Hiddnfox made up and there were 3 to 5 of us that were at the table at all times.

There were quite a few people there, (thanks to the group of young female Japanese tourists that came in) and things seemed to be going well. There were alot of people getting video taped doing their best Goooaaal yell. I'm not sure if they had very many people trying to sing the national anthem, they were doing that outside in the stadium while all of the other activity was inside where the ticket booths were.

Steve Pastorino and his wife swung by our table and talked for awhile and finally paid their Loyalists dues.

Neil and Krissy were in attendance, Neil with his trusty camera started to snap some pictures.

I got my Loyalists t-shirt which looks awesome. Way to go to the guys that got these made up.

Anyway, it was a good time.

"Just a note that the ad in the Des News regarding today's shindig at RES had some interesting tidbits:

"Real Salt Lake is close to announcing a television deal with KSL that will broadcast all games that aren't already scheduled for national television." (I know, we already knew this thanks to Neil, but here is an official statement)

There is a schedule with the home matches and info on TV broadcasting.

For the Sat., June 4th match against FC Dallas, it shows that TV coverage will be by FSN (TD). Fox Sports Network (I presume? Fox Sports Rocky Mountain?) but I'm not sure what TD means. Anyone? Transmission delayed?

Also, there is note that the dates of the following matches are subject to change:

Wed. Sept. 21 against Chivas
Sat. Oct. 15 against Colorado"
