Thanks for the tip, but

1. The price for getting FSC with the sports package is that I don't get the spanish language package with cable. So no ESPN Deportes anymore;

2. I'm in San Diego.

But I got the highlights and Barca won (although nasty own goal to give up, especially at home). Too bad about ManU . . .

Is there a way of knowing if a place has ESPN Deportes besides just guessing or calling around to each establishment?

Since I have the floor I should comment on the Milan-ManU game I was able to see.

Boy, Milan came out and attacked from the get go. Tough break for Scholesie shanking from inside the box. I loved Seedorf's freekick that grazed the bar in the first half. Does anyone think that Carroll's mistake on the goal is enough for Fergie to put Howard back in? I mean Seedorf hit it right at Roy. Giving up a rebound like that just isn't acceptable at that level. Just my opinion.

Apparently neither Howard nor Carroll want to keep for Man U. I bet they go buy somebody this summer.

That one hit Carroll right in the chest. Maybe Howard will see some more time. I, on the other hand, am not sorry about Man U, great result for a great Italian side, AC Milan by far outclassed United AT old trafford WITHOUT Shevchenko. Good soccer.

Amazing how Milan forced ManU to play the Italians' game. It helped that early on Scholes couldn't find net on a perfect set-up. But even under pressure Milan looked the more confident team. Might have something to do with #3 still holding it together in the back.

Don't care for Milan myself--I support Udinese (if the avatar wasn't a giveaway). But Maldini and the boys represented Serie A very well, so good on them. Should be a challenge for ManU in the San Siro return leg.

Totally true Rover. Man U had 2 GREAT chances and couldn't convert. Milan looked confident, calm, under control. Nesta is amazing. I'm not a Milan guy either, I'm romanista alla morte, but in the CL I always cheer for the Italian teams except when they play Roma obviously! And I would probably cheer against Lazio if they were in CL.

Spoken like a true romanista. Gets in your blood, doesn't it?

And I wouldn't cheer for Lazio either. 🙂

Carroll almost lost another one in the box in the game also. I want to see Howard back in the pipes to finish the season. That way he can either win the starters position back or at least get a look from another team. The announcers said that Man U. might be looking at ReAl Madrid's keeper during the summer...

Great game, I stayed up after my night job to watch it. AC Milan controled that one all day.
Chelsea and Barcelona also suprised me.

No worries about ManU. There's always the return leg. Besides, the important thing is that Chelsea lost for the second time in a row. We can only hope that this will effect their Premiership form.
