This probably won't make you feel any better.

But in the long run, it's better for RSL to play at Reliant or Rice University than on UNLV's 55-yard-wide, bumpy field.

Are they testing Birmingham, Houston, and Austin for possible future expansions? If these are test markets then I could understand the venue change; outdoor anything in Las Vegas between April and October is a physiological disaster both both players and fans.

maybe MLS is Test Marketing the Aguilas de America de Houston (formerly known as the San Jose Earthquakes.)
