Well at least Wilson's reaction is predictable...
Does Council woman Wilson have some kind of personal investment in RES?
She keeps pitching RES like she is a pitbull stuck on a bone!

She is pitching a counter proposal to extend at RES for 1 year.

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissue has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby.

Well so far that is only one no vote but we already know how Crockett and Wilson will vote...
So three no votes so far...

Horiuchi, Ashton and Hatch will likely vote yes so it really is down to Hendrickson, Jensen and can't remember the other name...
