Alright I've told this might be a bad idea, however no alternatives (to my knowledge) have been presented.

At this point I am not sure where the Viewing Party nor the Loyalist meeting will be.

Someone better step up before Saturday.

Why would this be a bad idea? It sounds pretty good to me.

But, just in case there is a good reason why it wouldn't work, my house is still available to meet. Again though, I'm not sure how many people I could comfortably fit watching the game. I would say 10-12 max. Maybe we should take a head count and find out exactly how many are actually planning on being there.

Basically Loyal1 (Glenn) doesn't think SkyBox won't be able to accomodate us on a busy Saturday night, especially on short notice. He is probably right. I sent an email to the Skybox inquiring of reservations and such, but I am probably the only one that did.

So as of right now we would probably be better off at least waiting until Wednesday to change things. I am going to wait to hear from someone who has had actual contact with SkyBox before I send out anything (and have it approved by Loyal1).
We'll keep your offer under advisement, Aero. Thanks.

Just to make matters worse:

According to the Fox Soccer Channel website:
"For technical reasons the Columbus vs. Real Salt Lake match will not be aired."

ugh.

Well, that sucks. But looking on the bright side, I guess that means we can have our meeting wherever and whenever we want. We are still going to have a meeting, right?

Okay so much for the game (****!) ... so where are we having the meeting? At the institute building? At someone's house?

Prime-
You can put me on the "can't make it, have to work" list for Saturday.
Suprisingly, it's not much consolation that the game won't be aired.
I'll be watching for news of the meeting. Thanks!

Sorry guys, as a non-Utah resident I cannot set the schedule. Also, and more importantly, Loyal1 (prez) and Dysko (VP) are our elected leaders, they have to make the call as to where and when.

I know Aero has offered his house, we have met in the Institute Bldg at U of U and at the RSL downtown office. Any other suggestions? Anyone feel strong one way or another on where to have the meeting?

😎

We just need someone (Loyal1?) to make an executive decision.
