Well, if more than a few people vote, one vote isn't significant enough to change the percentage. Also, there may be cookies to prevent you from voting multiple times.

Currently Jeff is up 43% to 42%.

Where do you get the numbers from? I've been looking on the website and all I can see is a percentage.

In the box that pops up with the %, right click

Look for the names, % and numbers in the window that opens.
