I think you are probably right fugote. I think that this case might be a bit different because our league is a different context than the league in Austria. Here the teams are governed by a powerful central governing body and there is much more interdependence among the teams...salary caps, regulated allocations, etc. It could be different here. That said, I think you are probably right, but the 1836 case gives me hope that things could be different here.
