Auch Landsmann Steven Cherundolo ("a great player") durften sie bereits persönlich begrüßen.

From one translation website... these are always entertaining...

The cooperation exists since beginning of the year when Clint Mathis of Hannover 96 changed Salt Lake City in Utah to Real. Now the first players of the MLS Soccer-professional team visit the red. Today Kenneth Cutler (23, defensive center field), Jamie Watson (19, forwards) and Jay Nolly (23, goalkeeper, from the left to the right) landed in the capital from Lower Saxony to sniff during the next two weeks of federal league air. After two training unities tomorrow and the day after tomorrow...

... with the U23 of Jörg Goslars, the trio will train from the next week also together with the 96 professionals.

Prejoy on Saturday
Especially are glad three promising football players who can prove in this season in each case between 5 and 19 applications in the American professional league, on the mood in the AWD arena where they will follow the part of the red against Mainz on Saturday live. " With ourselves in the states we do not have annährend so many spectators like here in the federal league ", according to Cutler of full prejoy. The first picture of the training company 96 they could already come along this afternoon, after they had already thrown a look in the (still) empty AWD arena (photo). They might also greet compatriot Steven Cherundolo ("a great player") already personally. The fact that just they were selected for this sports adventure in Germany, they called " big luck ".

That translation website works. :hubbahubb

So now Steven Cherundolo will look out for them. However, the U. S. Men´s NT will head to Glasgow to take on Scotland on Nov. 12 at Hampden Park. And it is likely that Steven will join the team. But I have no doubt that Kenneth, Jamie and Jay should get by without his guidance next week.

The three players and our Manager Ilja Kaenzig visited an ice hockey match of our local team Hannover Scorpions last friday. The team are among the first three of our national hockey league and beat Frankfurt on friday.
Funny enough, the announcer in the hockey arena welcomed the 96 Manager and "three hockey players from Salt Lake City" ...

Real Salt Lake rookies Kenny Cutler, Jay Nolly and Jamie Watson are spending two weeks in Germany training with Bundesliga side Hannover 96. Below is the first in a series of diary entries that the young professionals will send home. Be sure to check back frequently for a full update of how they are progressing.

Cool. :signrocko
