He is the state Senator how sponsored the bill to stop SLC from using State redevelopment money when SLC was trying to buy the Block 22/Holdings property downtown (the original place RSL wanted to build the stadium).
After he successfully passed the legislation, Bramble's home was "destroyed" by a local soccer "thug". Of course it was blown out of proportion with Bramble saying he was scared for his life, but in reality, it was only chalk on a sidewalk and a large blown-up ball that looked like soccer ball placed on his doorstep.
Since then, I have noticed that Checketts invites him to everything. What a nice guy!

Good recap?

SLC tries to find a bright side to Sandy's soccer coup
http://www.sltrib.com/ci_3107872

Anderson said he won't attend games in Sandy - he saw RSL once this season at the University of Utah. "I certainly wish Dave Checketts and [team CEO] Dean Howes and all the rest the best."

Real classy Rocky. Man, talk about a sore loser.

Is that the same as saying, "I'm going to take my ball and go home." Why is this guy in office?

I can only hope for stone silence when he is introduced.

Don't hope for silence,

BOO HIS CHEATING A$$ OFF THE STAGE!

After all. Are we soccer fans? Or are we pushovers?

I think with a large group of us there, cheering loudly for each person introduced....the silence when he is introduced would actually be stronger and more defining IMHO.

I think you have to boo because others will be cheering automatically for each person. So you have to really give it to him. Give him what he deserves.
