RSL vs. Smurfquakes Aug.20 Pre/PBP/Post [R]

This is going to be a tough one.
Quakes are the best team in the West right now and clearly getting things together for a great playoff run.

RSL got clobbered last time by this team.

RSL will be missing Mathis and Watson for this match.

Rusty must not play as an attacking mid. We must get improved output from the midfield.

I think Cila and Kreis have proved themselves up top.

Can the RSL d-line stand tall for this one?

Discuss!

OOps sorry.
No, Trembly has served his time for his evil deeds.
He should probably start for the Quakes match.

Thanks for checking me Tay

*sigh of relief* Ok, I feel better now... You said that and I was like WHAT?!?! NO!!!! We need at least one of our two super-subs in the game and since we don't have Jamie...

I might add that Gregorio, Scarlett and maybe Cabrera will be playing in this match as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see:
..........Countess
Pierce-Dunseth-Pope-Broome
...........Cutler
Trembly...........Scarlett
..........Williams
.......Kreis.....Cila

Scarlett is a left sided player and I can see him taking over the wing. However he is also a defensive player, so seeing him contend for Cutler's job wouldn't surprise me.

Gregorio is a d-mid, so he might battle Cutler as well. In fact, him subbing in for Cutler late in this Quake match is a distinct possibility.

I read that Cabrera is still rehabing so I don't think we will see him for a few more weeks.

Hurrah for Cutler contendors! Cutler hasn't played well lately. I hope that somebody like Scarlett/Gregorio takes his starting spot.

He's a cool guy but you're right, he hasn't been doing too great lately.

I don't care what the line-up is for this game as long as the "team" keeps the freaking Quakes from scoring in the first 15 mins of the game!!! Enough already with these easy a$$ goals in the beginning of the game. (okay I feel better!)

Cutler has not played well since the FC Dallas game. I was hoping last week that Kamler would get the start over Cutler. I'm pretty excited to see are new guys in action on Saturday.

I like that line-up. Yes I do! Although, when Mathis gets back, I would hope to see Williams on the right mid instead of Trembly.
