Ok Jules, I have no idea what happened with banners, I probably don't need to know either. But don't not go to the games because you fell out with someone, or they fell out with you, there are 25000 other seats there and you were missed the other night. I don't know you (do I?) but I want every fan there, it really makes a difference to the team.

As for reasons, it does rather strike me that some stayed away as a reprucussion of the fight against Chivas, some families just don't want to see that or have their kids see that. Rightly so. The team has been made aware of it's community responsibilities I am sure.

Well.... :banpoop: !!! As usual, I missed all the action(thank goodness!). The team fighting, the 'supporters' fighting......wow, what's next?

In my opinion, if I was someone that was not in one of the 'supporter' groups and saw the argument/fight/whatEVA.....that would sure make it sour for me.

I think I read earlier that it had been taken care of? I sure hope so. Honestly, and this is just my two cents worth(so take it or leave it)....I would hope that a group of ADULTS could act as such.

If ya want drama, come over to my house around naptime and bedtime. THERE'S some drama fer ya!!! 😲

2 four yr olds + 2 two yr olds = DRAMAPALOOZA!!!!!!(that's not counting the newbie....he sort of gives me a break, and has only kept me up all night once)

Yes, you do know me believe it or not. πŸ™‚ But I don't expect you to remember me. I was the mother of darling twins that the players were holding at the cars-mart event in Springville.

I don't care about what happened at the Chivas game. That sounded rather amusing. I was referring to drama of a different variety. I don't want to make a big deal out of it, so I'll just let it drop. πŸ™‚ Don't worry, I'll probably be back again cheering with the Loyalists next Saturday. I'm not "quitting"--I just needed a break. There were many factors to take into consideration, not the least of which involved a sister of mine who is moving to Connecticut on Wednesday.

I gotta say, though, my wife and kids sure enjoyed the front row seats that were left unoccupied due to a thinner than usual turn-out. 😁

Seriously, though, we need everyone to come out as much as possible. With that said, I doubt I'll be at next week's game. :P

Just in time for the USMNT WCQ match!
Man, can she plan (trying to be a glass-half full today)!

Thanks for all you do Jules.
Now lets get all the Utah Loyalists to the matches!

I did notice that there were A LOT more Loyalists at the tailgate than there were actually standing with us during the game. I may be out of line for saying this, so I'll apologize beforehand. I know I'm not familiar with everyones' situtation, but where does everyone go during game time? I have heard from some people that they have season tickets somewhere else, or they can't stand the whole time.. and that's understandable. It would be nice if some of you could sacrifice your seats, or if the whole family can't stand at least some of you could join us?
It would be much nicer to have more of the loyalists be loyal and join us during the game cheering our team on. I noticed Sec 33 had more people (mostly RCB and Jesters) than we(sect 32) did. It was kind of sad. 😴

I think that alot of the expatriate Loyalists do a fantastic job of cheering RSL wherever they may be, however, there's something to be said about unity as well, and cheering all on the same page. I envy some of those that sit in Sec. 37 because of the better view they have (I think) of the game, but it would be nice if we could all sit together at times as well. I know Aurelius has been known to do so at times, and I think a couple of others have too. Perhaps other methods could be employed to help pursue the unified cheering/chanting approach such as 2-way radios, etc. and still allow people to sit where they want to sit. I think Scholesy mentioned something like this in another thread in relation to how he helped support hockey in the UK.

I say we just give up.

Let's all pack it up, move to another section, but nobody to the same section. Officially proclaim the RCB the best supporters group of all, give them our banner so they can burn it in triumph, then lay down on the ground so they can step on our faces.

I think I'm also going to stop going to church...and move to Canada.
