Game? There was a game?

We were apparently too busy dancing on the tables and getting sloppy to notice...*

*rep to anyone who knows what I'm talking about

That pretty much limits it to people who were there at Iggy's since, given that hint, anyone would be afraid to make a guess. :whistling

Did you hear chanting? That's because they mike the "Cauldron" and play their chants over the PA. It's the only way you'd hear them on TV. In the stadium you can hear them well because, except for the sound effects, it's like a library.

Hard to find a worse game atmosphere in MLS. They need to get out of Arrowhead as soon as possible.
Yes, the sound effects were ever present and truly annoying. It was nothing like RES, even the Cauldron was library quiet most of the time. There were a few times they were miked over the PA but not for the whole game. The Loyalists could teach them a few things about how to get the crowd into it.

The game? Well, you guys saw it. I really thought we had it in the bag when Jamie came on but they just couldn't get their forward passes right. After the game was over I went over to the other side and waited for the team coming off the field. For the most part everybody went right by, heads hanging low. Jamie spotted me and came over and shook my hand and thanked me for coming. I told him we love them and hang in there and way to be a pest!!

I really thought they were going to come back and at least tie it. But no such luck.

I like what you told Jamie about being a pest! 😉

Thanks for the report.

I thought we'd get the equalizer too.

We will get this corner turned at some point. Next game would be good.
