I was wondering if Cars-Mart is going to handle everything or if we are just doing our normal thing, but we'll have the players there also. Can Loyal1 or Dysko get with Wayne and find out?

I still have some 4 packs of hamburgers, a ton of hamburger buns and some hot dog buns. I can bring it if needed or hold onto it until the next game.

On Saturday's we typically start the food at 5pm, but we haven't done anything before for mid-week games. That's why I was wondering if CarsMart is handling everything?

thank you for the info.....I didn't plan on bringing them to the tailgate but maybe I can talk their coach into letting them go a bit early.

👍

Just get there as quickly as you can. If you get there early, the worst that can happen is you get in some quality time with the kids! Priceless, as they say. 😉

We usually just hang out and perhaps share whatever food people brought before the Wed. games.

How would any players be able to cook any food before the game? Unless of course players that are on the reserve roster were being used in that capacity.

I was listening to the post game and I don't think he said that they were actually going to cook, probably just make an appearance before heading in. What a coup though, wish I could be there!

I think we should make this a tradition and have a couple of players a game show up to the tailgate.

I agree... at least reserve players that will not normally be playing.

Steve Pastorino always shows up for the tailgates... he has to be much busier than the players... so if he can make it....
