Bringing the stadium home.

I caught my son whistling the tune to Yellow Submarine tonight. He didn't like it so much when he figured out why I was grinning at him. 🙄

I catch myself singing our songs in the halls at school. A few kids know what I am really singing.

Someone on the BS boards metioned that Thornton was great in the Green Mile. I have to concur.

They also snagged Napoleon Dynamite for their team. Amazing.

Really too depressed to post about this game until now. My wife had to constantly tell me to stop yelling at the TV as I might wake the babies up (here is a sad comment, my usual hyper 2 year old fell asleep watching the game with me...).

Anyway I have nothing more to add then what was said earlier. Bechke and Williams had bad games. Dunseth got beat too much. Kreis, Brown, Mathis and Selolwane didn't make it happen when they should have. DJ did fairly well but even at times he was caught napping.

One positive was that I though Trembly played well when he came in. The crowd looked and sounded great on Direct Kick.
One gleam of hope for next week is Akwari will be back, and he is better than Bechke.

BTW Pope had a TERRIBLE game for the USMNT. Ugh...

Umm, I think that TERRIBLE might have been an understatement there. Eddie has been a solid defender for a long time. I have been a fan of his for a while, but he didn't even look like he belonged on the field Saturday. What a time to have such a horrible game. It was a depressing day for soccer on Saturday...

Yea, if trembly plays like he has he might make a starter. ya think?

I have been impressed. and right now, as we have seen, the harder you play the more likely you are to get placed in the starting 11.
