If you all hate the ref clap your hands ...

Might I suggest a new song for the Loyal fans of Real Salt Lake who are tired of being used as a test ground for new 'refs'?

To the tune of 'If you're happy and you know it...'

If you all hate the ref clap your hands (clap clap)
If you all hate the ref clap your hands (clap clap)
If you all hate the ref and you really want to show it
If you all hate the ref clap your hands (clap clap clap clap clap clap clap clap)

On a more positive note the same tune also applies to the following ...

If you all love Real clap your hands (clap clap)
If you all love Real clap your hands (clap clap) ... and so on

Enjoy ...

We have a few to that tune, but that would be an easy one to add.

Seemed appropriate...

It just seems particularly relevant right now since we are the testing grounds for the world of unproven and dreadful refs ...

I thought that was MLS in general.

Some of the calls/non-calls reminded me of our beloved D3 refs that worked the Blitzz games.

You know, the guys that blew the whistle, checked the Magic 8 Ball, then signaled possession.

I thought it was cute how he always indicated for a fallen player to get up. Like somehow he knew more about MLS play than Kreis or Kamler. 😠

Or you may know this one, Scholesy.

"Stand up, if you hate the ref!
Stand up, if you hate the ref!
etc

That's why the game had such a familiar feel to it!

Clap once for me and once for my wife...

Speaking of the wife...

Thanks to all who have helped her grow to love soccer. She did nothing, but talk to people about the game at church today (Sunday). She lost her voice and is excited for the next game... thanks all.
