Reserves v BYU

It was a dark and stormy night...
I can't remember the last time I got so soaked! The rain stopped once - when the game was over. It poured and poured. But it was a blast.
RSL 3-1 BYU. RSL completely dominated play too. Had more than double the shots and except for a 15-20min span in the 2nd half controlled to pace. Can't remember who scored the goals. #32 had one as did #28. I think Kremalmayer had the first one.
Guys who stood out to me in a good way: Flores, Watson, Cila.
Guys who didn't impress: O'Brien (red card), Novak.

Now if we can just get 3 goals on Saturday!

It was Kreamelmeyer(#19), Knowles(#32) and Acosta (#28).
Great match...
Sorry but there will be no pictures cos the rain was coming down in sheets and I was not risking my camera in that mess.
I cannot remember the last time I have been that wet!

Second half officiating was horrid... but RSL beat the officials as well as BYU.
For a while, I was seriously worried that the lack of control by the officials was going to lead to someone being injured.

What I want to know is where were all you UC dwellers? A game in your back yard and you didn't make it out?

You should all be ashamed of yourselves...

The answer to your question is... Yes (I guess you could say all of the above if you want).

He looked a little tentative at first, but was making some great tackles by the end of the game. He also got a bogus yellow card. He got it for running over someone when I'm not sure how the referee could have expected him to stop especially on that field last night.

Overall, it was an entertaining game. Even though I got soaked I had a lot of fun. And I want to thank Lucky13 for driving us last night. Thanks again.

The answer is: at home. dry.

Just kidding... sort of...

My aunt and cousin came into town yesterday evening and will be staying here at my house for a few days. I think it would have been slightly offensive to have said, "Hey! Welcome to Utah! See ya later... soccer calls!" Of course, when I visited her in San Jose, my sister and I skipped socialities to see Colorado beat San Jose. :D

I reeeeaaally wanted to be there. I'm glad/sad to hear how it turned out.

Go RSL! Go Cougars! Whatever!
