I have a Kevin Hartman signed hat I can donate to whoever hosts.

Hopefully, he will be letting in lots of goals from Dipsy, Andy, Clint, Jason.....

I will talk as fast as I can! 😉

I may have afew signed things as well!

It looks like;
1) Iggy's in Sandy (Pros Large Screen, Commercial venue, central location... Cons Not confirmed)
2) Fiddler's Elbow in Sugarhouse (Aero?)
3) Pie Pizzaria in Fort Union (Pros central Location big screen... Con's Small, not confirmed)
4) Cup's Friend (Cup?)
5) Aero (Aero?)

And keep in mind... those who want to watch the game later (around 8:30 or 9:00 depending on whether we're watching a video or a TiVo), PM me and mckid with your name, phone number and email address (and number attending). We'll be watching it at somebody's house here in Orem. We're waiting to see how many want to come before we finalize the location.

On a side note, I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind recording the game on video tape or DVD for me. As many of you know I will be watching the game here in Florida via the Direct Kick package. However both KSL and MSG (NY TV) are broadcasting it. I have a bad feeling that Direct Kick will pick up the biased MSG feed and not KSL.
I want to see the KSL broadcast too.
Can anyone help?

(Pros: was willing to set aside an area for us Cons: small screen, may have to sit on the outside patio (could be a pro if weather is good))

[/quote]My place is still on if we need it.

I'm pretty sure that by the end of the day today, or whenever Duece gets a hold of Iggy's, we can settle on a place. I'm really hoping that we can go there. That would be my first and absolute best choice. I guess we'll have to decide what we want to do if that falls through though. I would just need to know by tonight if people want to come over to my place.

Not trying to complicate it, but doesn't Cup's place sounds better than Aero's (no offense)?

If it can hold 30 people, then it is better. We could probably pack that many people into my family room, but it would be really crowded and not very comfortable for anyone. 15 would be the max I would say for people to not have to sit on laps. :D

No offense taken.

Well, I talked just alittle bit ago with my friend. He had just called Iggy's in West Jordan and the manager said that eventhough they couldn't get the bigscreen that they could put us on the west side and bring in seperate speakers so that we could hear the game better.

I've never been to that Iggy's but my friend said that it has a better layout than the Iggy's downtown and the west side arrangement really wouldn't be that bad.

Otherwise, he said his basement is available no problem.

I think we are doing a good job comming up with options, the Loyalists cannot be defeated!

I think we need to decide though say by 10pm tonight so we all know whats going to happen.

SoccerPrime - I'm in the process of playing with pulling video from my Tivo and putting it on DVD. I have both WCQ games to play with as well. If I can get it going, I'll let you know and send you a DVD.
