I'm confused by the list of allocation orders they have on that page. So, does that mean we are second in line in the allocation order or does that mean we were second in line, but used it on Clint Mathis and no longer have any available allocations left?

Yes. It means we had the top allocation but used in on Mathis. It doesn't look like we have any more allocations. Hopefully we won't get a YSA at the end of the season either.
