I, for one, am glad he's staying. When I told my wife he was leaving the other day, she was pissed! So she'll be happy too.

I don't get it. If Kries was worth giving up a partial allocation for why leave him unprotected to start with??!?!?????

Agreed. FIRE KREIS!! Or whoever is responsible for this crap. Just let the old man go, it's your fault. Don't waste our allocations on a crappy old man.

Funny. My mom reacted the same way. :dancing: I'm glad he's staying too. He's a nice guy and he does a good job as captain.

He has seemed to represent the face of RSL for many people. You take away Jason Kreis and you lose that image.

Well, for me, my wife and my kids he has represented the face of RSL. I know of others who visit this board who feel the same. I'm sure there are lots of other people in the valley who feel the same way. Apparently, not everyone agrees.

Additionally, I don't know what the big deal is with him being the face. He's a hard worker, a good leader, with a storied career in this league. He's also a family man - which many here can relate to. He represents several of the values many in this community hold dear. I have a feeling that the Front Office understands this aspect is well, which is likely part of the reason we traded back for him.
