We were very disappointed with the situation last Saturday at SLPP. Sincw we have Aero Jr, Mini Aero and Mini Dizzy, we have to go to the SLPP side. My sis, her hubby and kids decided to join us to support RSL this time around and we ended up not even getting out of the car! It took us 15 minutes to find a parking spot (the parking situation drives me NUTS) and then Aero went and checked out the situation in SLPP and it was packed so we ended up having to leave and go to dinner somewhere else... I am not impressed that SLPP is the family establishment for away games! IT IS TOO SMALL, TOO SMALL, TOO SMALL. It sounds like Fiddlers Elbow isn't appealing to others either...As others have said, I was not impressed with Iggy's food but we could ALWAYS count on having that huge back room for all the away games, I never worried about us getting a seat and it was cool that all of the fans could be TOGETHER to cheer, not separated in two locations... dumb, dumb, dumb!

I hope that next year, the FO finds an establishment that is bigger and that is family friendly... I doubt they will but a girl can always hope!

I wonder if they will show Ute football instead of RSL matches when we go to watch the away matches at the Real Stadium pub?

The way things keep "happening" I would certainly not be overly surprised...

My wife and I ate at SLPP for the first time. We ordered a pizza and we were sick before we even made it home. We were up all night sick with food poisoning.

We need something like SkyBox, but not SkyBox. That would be sweet! Probably won't happen for years still, but we can dream, can't we?

Dave & Busters would be good. And I think it would go over well here. Uncle Dave??? Got a few extra bucks hiding anywhere? Hmmm how about a fan run soccer pub?

I am season ticket holder but was always camping or gone on the away games. So i finally had a weekend that i wasnt gone doing something and I was so pumped to go watch the FC game at fiddlers with other Real fans!
When i got there... there where no sets and i could see only one tv playing the game.

So my question is, for this up and coming away game, is everybody still going to Fiddlers or is the location going to change?

It is a shame that was your first experience.

"Officially" it will be fiddlers and SLP&P again this week.
Is the Ute match or a BYU match on at the same time?
If so get there really early or plan to watch the RSL match somewhere else... It is supposed to be on KSL 5 but I am sure it will be tape delayed...
It is a general conference weekend...

I have never missed watching an away game at either Iggy's or FE/SLP&P but I am planning on staying home and watching it on DK with friends... I am not boycotting I am just taking my business elsewhere this week.
Last week at SLP&P left a bad taste.

This was my first time at SLP&P. I was used to Iggy's where we could all sit together. Big change. For the first half my wife and i were sitting at the bar (the only seats in the house) with the screen 1.5 feet in front of my face. Not much fun. At the half Duece graciously let my wife and i and another person with his kids sit at his table and things were much better. I had another friend show up and he had to stand because there wasn't a chair or a spot for him.

Just curious, have you guys emailed/phoned your concerns about the accomodations at SLP&P to the FO yet?

Shouldn't be the conflict that there was last week. BYU plays TCU Thursday while Utah plays Boise State on Saturday at 1PM.
Still not sure if I want to give any more of my business to Fiddlers' though. Anyone know if Iggy's is still showing the RSL matches?
