Yes, from what I understand the three teams that got relegated will not actually get relegated:

Treviso
Lecce

Did anyone else hear the rumor that two more teams would receive sanctions?? I saw it I think on soccernet last night but I can't find it anymore.

If so my Roma is screwed, could it possibly be anyone other than Roma and Inter?
