Looks like Prime and I were thinking of the same thing. Can a mod merge the two MLS All Star threads?

Fan voted all star teams SUCK! Pope's play in MLS is far from all star IMO.

I have to add that although fans voted for Pope to start, Nowak will have final say. He might start Pope, but I am sure he will sub him fairly quickly.

I have to agree that I don't think Pope has played like an all star. To go one step further it seems like the back line plays better without him.
