Morelia: Postgame

KALL 700's "Extra Time" postgame show for the international friendly with Morelia. This is the most phone call heavy show to date. It's too bad so many of the callers were whiney and repetitive. Spencer and Trey do a good job of highlighting the pluses of the match and looking ahead to RSL's critical home stretch.

3-1 to Morelia.

Ballouchy was 700's Man of The Match. I liked Forko, but he came out at the half.

I would have liked to have seen Kreis and/or Cunningham and/or Klein and/or Williams and/or Talley if just for 10 minutes. I don't see many Morelia games but they had some players I had heard of.

On any other club that wasn't trying to Sandbag games to drive away fans, Nolly would have won the starting job.

Is that in upstate New York?

Morelia's newspaper does not seem to have updated since yesterday.

But the Monarchs practiced at the "Waterfall" school.

More conclusions we can draw:

-Mehdi Ballouchy is not going to play much on Saturday.

-Atiba Harris, Andy Williams and Jeff Cunningham are.

-Duke Hashimoto can play. (I haven't seen any reserve games, so I did not know that.)

-Joey Worthen and Adam Acosta looked nervous, as you can imagine because they had never played in front of a crowd that big before.

Not to mention that they were both playing new positions for them this year in front of a crowd that big.
