2100 South State Street.
it is the brown brick building on the north east corner of the intersection.
Enter the parking structure on the north side using the state street entrance. The meeting is on the ground floor of the north building.

Here is the response that I have recieved to my latest inquiry. As best I can tell Mr. Carroon is obligated to support the stadium based on his own criteria. But, we shall see...

Dear Mr. Hale,

The July 11th meeting will be held at 1:00pm either in Room N2003, N2007, or the Council Chambers. It may be helpful to call 801-468-2930 (Council office) and find out which room they are planning on holding it in. Public comment is not taken during the 1pm meetings, but the public is invited to attend. I do not know whether there will be a vote held that afternoon or not. It may be helpful to contact the Council about this as well.

The following are the minimum criteria for any proposal that Mayor Corroon listed in his letter to Mayor Dolan a couple of weeks ago:

1) must benefit all county residents
2) protects the county’s Triple-A bond rating; wins support from the Debt Review Committee
3) there must not be any increased burden on taxpayers; funding must be raised primarily from non-Utahns
4) Sandy is a full funding partner
5) supports Youth Soccer programs

Other factors that will be considered include the team’s long-term projections, information concerning their investors, and not least public comment regarding the requested public funding. Please contact me if I can provide you further information, thank you.

Sincerely,
Not the Mayor
