Sorry to resurrect an older thread, but I just wanted to say that I submitted my time off schedule here at work to be available to watch several of the games I want to see that occur during the work week. What are we... only 18 days away? AWESOME!!!

Well, my week long recovery from surgery (http://fuegote.blogspot.com) is over. through it I watched:

29 world cup matches
2 RSL matches
2 other MLS matches totalling

66 hours of soccer. That's right, nearly 3 days straight of soccer.

My wife asked me if the surgery wasn't a success (sometimes they aren't) would I do it again...

I said, "in four years when I can do what I did this week."

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissue has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby.

I'd like to change my vote to 31 games. Looks like I got sucked into this more than I thought originally.
