Villarreal 1 - 0 Inter Milan Villarreal knock out Inter and go through to semifinals. Villarreal await the outcome of tommorows Juventus v Arsenal match.

AC Milan 3 - 1 Lyon Lyon's run ends. AC Milan goes through to semifinals. AC Milan await the outcome of tommorows Barcelona v Benfica match.

I can't wait to watch the games. I was hoping Villareal would pull it off. I thought they should've left the San Siro with a tie. BUt they did what they needed to do. They got the away goal and got the 1-0 win at home.

Wow, did you guys see the passion of the players and fans of AC Milan. Something of beauty. We need that lovin' feeling in SLC (more so from the team than from the fans but....)

I was really pulling for Lyon. They really deserved the win until the last 3 minutes, when all hell broke lose.

Word has it that Adriano's days at Internazionale are numbered, with the club's sizeable Argentinian contingent refusing to speak to their Brazilian team-mate after a half-time bust-up with Juan Seba Veron during their Big Cup defeat to Villarreal.

Funny. The rumors I read is that Veron's chances of going to WC06 are probably over since he had tunnel bust-up with Villareal's Sorrin (Argie teammate).

I wouldn't be suprised to see Inter sell off a few players this year. They seem to have fallen off the pace since xmas. They've got a manager who can get them to win the league; they just need to get things sorted out in the dressing room.
