I guess Salt Lake doen't have a stadium plan, but Philadelphia (er . . . South Jersey) does. Maybe they've been talking to the Deseret News Editorial Board.

Interesting that wherever Garber goes, he calls the place critical to the growth of soccer in America. Just happened to be in LA for this one.
