You are too funny. They'd probably look at me the same way "dork" isn't too far off the mark for me either.

My family and I ran into Kenny C. & Jay N. at Arby's after a game in May. Jay hadn't played yet and seemed surprised that random people would know him.

It wasn't as strange as when my 8 yr old asked Nelly A. why he went to UCLA if he was from TX.

Not really a "sighting", but Dunny's been on 97.1 this morning talking about gold-diggers... funny stuff.

This thread could probably be un-sticky-ed. It's not really a relevant topic now that RSL is pretty well established in the area.

Ya, seems like the news in this is when you see RSL in places you didn't expect. Like when you're walking around Pike Place in Seattle and see someone with an RSL jersey walking aorund.

Two RSL signed soccer balls ended up as part of the stuff that went with two different trees at the 2005 Festival of the Trees. Plus about 5 soccer themed trees.

In about 11/2 to 2 years Real Salt Lake will be about 2 blocks or less from the Expo Center. Tree donators, decorators and buyers are invited to make RSL a presence in the future. Now which of would not just love to buy a beautiful Christmas tree that had a signed ball, the collectible goodies from the past season, some clothing and a Season ticket(s). Consider that the $1000+/- or so you would spend is tax deductible as proceeds go to Primary Children's Hospital.
