How do you get pictures to fit the avatar space? I keep trying new photos or drawings but they have too many pixels. Will someone please help this technotard?

Resize them. I think it's 100x100 or something.

100 x 100 with filesize smaller than 19.5K. Try GIF rather than JPG.

I'm convinced that you have to have some mental imbalance to cheer for the team that plays in God's spitoon. Go Dolphins. I know, 24 - 3, but we have the Leon Lett Thanksgiving game.
