It's the new adidas campaign logo. If you look at the (maxi pad) ball design you can see that is the isnpriation to the "bib" and "ribbon" look that adidas has developed.

In short, is't just an icon of the new ball.

The logo. I didn't really like the new kits at first, but they're growing on me.

Am I the only person in the world who doesn't care what the stupid ball looks like?

I was in the USMNT PBP thread on BigSoccer yesterday and people kept yammering on about how stupid the ball looked...

Unless it's silver and glitters as people do the Hustle, I don't even notice.
