3 Argentina
4 Czech Republic
5 Spain

9 Portugal
10 Italy
11 USA

all the more reason to get it all sorted out!

I can't believe they have Mexico ahead of USA... and ahead of England...
I know it is all a mathmatical equation but where do they get their numbers?
