I'm not selling my skills short. I just know I'm no McKid. I can cut and paste his designs, but he makes them.

I would suggest PMing Mckid, and asking him to do a high res final version of this for the artwork. I don't know if he's willing, but he probably has all the designs and it would just be a quick matter of cutting and pasting for him too. It could probably use a little bit of fancy stuff somewhere too. I like the RCB scarf where they have the muskets with the EST. 2005 in the middle. I didn't do anything like that, because our logos already have the Est. 2004 in them. But maybe creative minded individuals could come up with something.

Cool I will... I was not going to commit the loyalists to buying something that Glenn has not approved but I figured I would get it to the point where all he has to do is say "yes" or "no". then proceed accordingly. Maybe then we will get some scarves...

The bid for the "great big flag" came back around $3,000 I believe (?). Much too pricey for our little organization unless one of the sponsors wants to step in and pay for it.

I talked to people in the quakes supporter group back at the start of the season, and they said their flag was something like $1600. I think we just need to shop around a little more if that's the case. Who gave us that outrageous bid?

I'm not sure. And I could have gotten my facts wrong, too. Be sure to tell Glenn about that price because he is the one who was getting a bid on it. People may wonder how involved Glenn is with the Loyalists lately because he doesn't post here much, but he does a lot or work for the Loyalists behind the scenes that people never know about. 🙂

He has never posted a whole lot, but most people know of his contributions to the existence of the group.

Either way I'm in as soon as they're made. I want a hat with the crown logo on it.

Those look great... I talked to McKid at the match last night and he is going to try to put something together for the "Are You Loyal?" Something to match closely to main font. He said however that the main Logo is not really a font but something he drew. So if he has to draw it out, it may be a little while before we see something.

What did you have in mind cos I know that we are not allowed to use the RSL Logo in any type of official capacity. A Club scarf is pretty official but post what you had in mind anyway.
