SL Trib reports:

Quote:

Mathis, whose interest in playing for Real Salt Lake was first reported by The Tribune last week, will be in Salt Lake City today, sources said. The team has scheduled a Thursday press conference to make an announcement.

When and where, I do not know. Check back for details.
Loyalists, plan to attend!!!

Yeah let us know when & where if you (or anyone) can find out. I'm even off tomorrow.

I will be at the Press Conference covering it for MatchNight. Jason Kreis, DJ Countess, Pastorino, Ellinger and Howes will be there.

Are there any questions that you guys have for anyone? I'll try to get them answered.

Are 'regular people' even invited? I got this e-mail from my team rep guy:

"...look for a major announcement about our team in Friday’s newspapers."

No mention of said press conference or anything. 😕

I will echo Clarette's question...

Are we, the peasantry, invited to the Royal announcement?

I would absolutely love to be there... fingers crossed

Um, well, I just got an e-mail from Trey Fitz-G with the press release regarding the press conference.

10:45 am. If anyone isn't on the e-mail list and wants a copy, let me know and I'll pass it along...

I am on the mailing list but can't check my home email from work, so won't get the details til much later tonight.
Can you forward the details to me in a private message or just post them on this thread... so I can read them.
Thanks
