Can RSL still make the playoffs? RSL is setting in the #5 position, looking way behind the C-Rapids.
Does RSL have what it takes to make the #4 spot and get into the 2005 post season?

I have faith that they will pull it together and make it. They just need to know that we have faith in them, maybe that will work?

You guys that voted yes are so cute. I can hope it, but I don't expect it and I'm still a big fan either way. This is the first year and I won't get depressed about not making the playoffs until it's like three years in a row.

I want to say yes, but it's not looking good. I guess I can hope, but I'm going to have to say no for now. ๐

Ask me again after the first game against the Crapids in Colorado.

I think the only way we can realistically make it is to start winning on the road.
Even if we win every home game between now and the end of the season, as long as Colorado and Galaxy keep winning we don't have a chance.

I can't be a fan without being optimistic. "Yes" vote for me. Oh, and BYU is going undefeated this year!!!!

I have a "no predictions" policy and I'm not about to start now.
I'm just focusing on Wednesday's game at this point. And it will be tough, although Kovalenko's red card on Saturday helps somewhat. DC has lost two straight in MLS with the Open Cup loss in between. They've given up extra time goals in the last two games, with Twellman's game winner in New England coming in the last seconds. Before the game ended, Nowak was already walking off the field. Add the exhibition they play today, and this will be a distracted team that will have trouble taking seriously a five win RSL team. Maybe we can catch them at a low point. So I'll take it one game at a time, and not talk about next year until we're the playoffs are out of reach mathematically. __________________
