Trooper of the year award goes to.......

ME!!!! I broke two of my toes shortly before the game tonight yet I still made it, and with 6 of 8 kids in tow. I was walking down the stairs to take a shower and stepped on a blaket that was covering a plastic plate that was on a slippery floor. My toes bent upward, and I fell forward hard enough to bruise my knee.

I almost passed out from the pain while walking back to the car, so I had DadOf8 meet us back at the stadium with the car.

I get home, my toes are swollen HUGE and a pretty purple color. I broke the middle toe and the toe between the big toe and middle toe on my left foot.

So, come join my pitty party. 😢

..... yes but did you enjoy the game? 🙂

Sorry to hear about the fall, so I take it you won't be training tomorrow night then? I've heard of getting out of things but gosh if that doesn't take the biscuit.

Hope it gets better soon.

Well deserved rep given. Any fan with 10 healthy toes should be ashamed if they weren't there last night.
