I'd like to be there tonight, but it's doubtful. I don't even have shoes yet. I AM planning on making it next week though. I wonder how my wife will feel about 4 straight evenings of soccer for the next 2 months. 😁

Wednesday Night: 6 year-old daughters practices
Thursday Night: My practices
Friday Night: 8 year-old sons practices
Saturday Night: RSL games

I'd like to be there too, but I have to go do missionary visits tonight. I'm a Ward Missionary. I will try to make it next week.

Sorry I couldn't make it... My wife is a trooper, but soccer overload is kicking in. So, tonight was a no go. 🤓

In order to keep from getting a bunch of bad luck, I went out and bought Nike's last night. I did, however, try on every pair of Adidas Team Gear had in stock that fit my feet and my price range, and none of them felt nearly as nice as the one pair of Nike's I ended up trying on.

We had a great practice last night. It was a lot of fun and nobody puked which I thought was a very good thing. I see a lot of potential in the people that did show. Mind you, we aren't going to win the World Cup or anything, but with a little practice and conditioning, we won't embarrass ourselves too much either. So, if you really do want to laugh at us, you had better start coming now because there won't be much to laugh at after a few more weeks. (And if you believe that, then I have some ocean front property in Sandy to sell you. 😁 )

The official one is Thursday at 6:30

A few of us are doing an informal get together tomorrow at 2pm in the same park. you are welcome to come along to that one as well.

I'm glad to see some more info about all this! Great news! Hopefully I will be there on Thursday, out of shape, and lacking soccer skills with the best of them.

Unfortunately, my daughters soccer games are on Thursdays at, you guessed it, 6:30pm.
