Every game you'll see them in - you'l see them in a fight - only since Westerhoff took over, he simply said that he expects that from them, passion, agression and hey what can you say, it seems to be working somewhat for them, they are actually getting results. I'd like to see some of the same from our lads ... of course we can't 'communicate' as well with most of the refs in the leagueso we wouldn't get away with it nearly as well.

You got that right. They are a bunch of thugs, kicking and beating on their opponents, and I mean going WAAAAAY beyond "gamesmanship". They start fights, and the other team gets the cards. But that's nothing new. It's a rule of life that the ref won't see the original incident, only the retaliation. But that doesn't make it easier to swallow.

And what's the ref going to do? He can only call what he actually sees, the only other people he can consult is the "Assistant Referees", which consultation should happen more often, in my opinion. But if they didn't see it, then it didn't really happen.
