Thanks everyone... :o

Neil I am almost as happy to talk photography as I am to talk Soccer so we will have no shortage of topics for discussion.

So, who is going to be the official Loyalist photographer at the RSL games? Or are we going to have an 'official' photographer. I figure that if we do have a great relationship with the FO, maybe we could get a press pass and have someone on the sidelines taking pictures for the official Real Salt Lake fan club: the Loyalists. That would be sweet.
Anyhow, maybe we could rotate people in for different home games to take pictures. Just a thought. I remember someone talking about a Loyalist Season Preview and maybe we will have a Loyalist Season Review document and it would be nice to have some homegrown pictures in it. Anyhow, just thought I'd post the idea.

I am happy to get it so I will happily watch/shoot from the stands until I get it.

Yes.
I got the Media Pass on Friday. Took some pictures of the Loyalists on Friday and Saturday and posted them. I will be taking more of the loyalists and down on the field for part of the next home game to take some action shots.

I was told that I could bring in a handheld camera without any telephoto lens. I brought in a digital camera to the opener.

Does this mean I should rule out the watch party tomorrow?

I mean, I don't want you making any profit off of me from the National Enquirer or anything...

I think you will be safe!

The tradition among photographers is that we don't actively participate in dispelling or proving any mystical being's existence... but I am sure we can scare up a few periphery shots to make both the conspiracy theorists and nessy hunters, all giddy like school girls!
