Yeah, I don't think that we really want to bunker down and let NE attack when we are down a goal... DJ shouldn't have to make those great saves. <sigh> We just don't seem to be attacking very quickly.

Am I the only one who doesn't much like the commentary? Very pro-NE.
And are they chanting DJ Countess?

We give up another soft goal and don't look like we'll be getting a point tonight.

Go Galaxy!

BLAST! An own goal from Dunny to Andy Williams...just what we didn't need.

I am listening to 1280 and then catching delaying MLSnet video of important plays.

The only non-homer hometown broadcast team in MLS is the Dallas team of Brad Sham and Dave Dir. Dellacamera and Messing aren't too bad for Metro. The worst are the cheetos broadcast team and the John Harkes half at DC. Harkes doesn't even bother to be impartial, calling the team "we" and practically cheering in the press box.

So it could be worse.

I'd have to say that despite the way we started, the own goal, and the fact that we're losing on the road, we're actually playing well. I wasn't sure how we'd match up with the Revs, and I'm thinking we could put a hurt on these guys back on the high altitude plastic grass.

Statistically, we're holding our own. All except for the most important one.

Jay Heaps has just taken us to school tonight. He has had some brilliant balls crossed into the box.

We're a year or maybe two away from the Revs level, but we're getting there. It would be worse if Noonan was in there--for my money, he's their best player.

As much as I love Seth, he should have come out earlier. He was a red card waiting to happen!
