Um.. yes... it is way to very true that Montgjules makes a fantabulous cake. 👍

So is this likely to happen?
Should we start "promoting" it?

If you read between the lines on Glenn's post above: no, it's not likely to happen. He has discussed this kidn of thing w/ the front office and they're doing their own "Meet the Players" night, which I think the Loyalists may possibly be invited to. (For season ticket holders, technically) I don't want to rain on anybody's parade, but the idea has been discussed and it just doesn't look promising for circumstances beyond our control. 🙂 If I'm wrong, hey, I'll be there with chocolate cake in hand.

You're right, hopefully Glen can get some kind of deal set up so that the Loyalists could be invited!

Can we have a "meet the Loyalists named Scilaci who love montgjules fabulous Chocolate Boston Creme Cake Pie of Destiny" night? Then you can bring your chocolate "zuchini for oil?" cake.

Is it zuchini or something else that you use instead of oil? Oh no! The secret is out! Soooooooo magically delicious.

Ok, would it be out of the question to have a Loyalist picnic and just invite players? They can come if they want to.

Just wondering.

No, no... that's the way to make a low-fat, good-tasting chocolate cake.

I'm talking about the buttermilk chocolate sheet cake. (People ask me for the recipe regularly and I'm like, "Uhhh it's in that red and white BH&G cookbook, but I have it memorized so here goes...") This one is full-fat, full-sugar, ultra-full-flavor. All it needs is a touch of stabilized whipping cream to be perfect.

We also have a new "Mary Ann" cake pan where it's shaped so you can top it with berries and cream and... did I mention I'm making it this Sunday, scilaci? So you better be at Mama Says' house so you don't miss it.

I love making cakes. Does anybody want me to make one for them? It's such a deliciously satisfying hobby. 😉

Is there any other way to make a cake? 😉
