If I wasn't so depressed, I would be laughing my a$$ off. A loss at KC can't possibly be worse than a loss at Goats Lite or an USL team.

Do you think the players are pissed off enough to get a result at Arrowhead yet?

Not sure what "clean" word I can use to describe it. With giving up 11 goals in 2 games (to the last place MLS team and a lower division team that doesn't have a winning record against other lower division teams) things are really starting to unravel, especially in the back. At least we scored 4 goals of our own last night.

Hopefully the supportive Salt Lake fans will be patient and loyal and continue to come out to watch the matches. RSL is a much better team when the home crowd is there to energize them.

Sounds these guys need a closed door training session where they are taken back to basic soccer 101. I can't believe at this level of play that these guys are playing such horrible soccer. Yes there are some showings of brilliant play, but as a whole as team they are playing well below their potential. Granted this is an expansion team and there will be bumps in the road, but there is enough experience on this team that some needs to step up and say enough is enough.

As for the team....IT's only taken me 1/2 of a season to understand the mind of a Totenham fan. All glory is past glory, and all roads forward seem to end in misery. Good thing I got Chelsea pre-season games to look forward to watching. And RSL games to attend. Oh, yes, Ill still go. Going to a game is fun, no matter how many hometown slaughters I have to watch.

No, sorry Deuce, but in my book, we suck.

What other definition for "we suck" is there?
Doesn't me I don't love the team or I am going AWOL from the board, but its how I feel.

i am with you! Duece, we aren;t at church, we don;t have to be eternally optimistic. WE SUCK. Nothing is worse than losing to the worst team in the league by 4 goals, then losing to a MINOR LEAGUE TEAM by 2. Sorry but in 99.9% of the books it means WE SUCK.

I have a friend who always seems albe to say the best PC thing when things are down. One time when we hadn't reached our goals and we were depressed, he livened things up by saying "I'm looking at our results and I am thinking of all the great potential I see. No where to go but up at this point."

I don't go to church and I fail to see where religion of any kind has a monopoly on optimism.

You and Prime say "We Suck" that is your opinion and I am sure alot of people are with you there... Cool no worries here. It is a typical response but not very constructive. My philosophy is that if you are going to complain... offer a solution...

I don't have a solution to offer so I keep the criticism to my own mind... and since I have nothing constructive to add... I have no choice but to be optimistic...

That is just my philosophy... you don't have to like it... but it works for me!
--------

Thanks for the neg rep by the way.... that is very constructive!
